What can I expect during the procdure?
The subdermal tissue is coagulated and tightened as the 24 coated pins penetrate further into the treatment area. This complete in-office treatment takes about 30 minutes and is safe and painless for the patient. The treatment region will be numbed with cream and injected with local anesthetic for your comfort.
After administering a modest amount of local anesthetic, Dr. Stubbs will make 1 to 3 passes over the skin at the treated regions using the Morphues8 applicator. To tighten and correct lines and wrinkles, the applicator’s 24 coated pins will penetrate deep into the dermis, coagulating fat and constricting connective tissue and fat. A full treatment requires up to 3 appointment sessions.
What are the results like?
Results from using the Morpheus8 are consistent across skin types, and no heat damage is caused to the skin’s surface. The cutting-edge equipment lessens the possibility of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, a common reaction to some resurfacing methods.
